The Cap Groove All-Stars is a collaboration of some of Hartford's finest musicians. Representing a city with a diverse musical history based in many genres, the band highlights elements from those based in the tradition of groove. From Funk, Blues, Jazz, R+B, Hip Hop and more, The Cap Groove All-Stars is a musical party true to the vibe and energy of Hartford. We couldn't think of a better way to kick off the first ever Capitol Groove Festival than by showcasing Hartford’s very own, introducing this exciting new weekend of music in Hartford.
